- City plan review comments will be addressed and necessary corrections will be made at no charge to the client (if there are no design changes made by the client).
- All Title 24 compliance results are based on provided drawings and documents at the time of developing the reports.
- Newly provided document will automatically supersede any previous version of the document or information.
- Any changes made after the final Title 24 compliance report was issued may result in additional charges.
- MECONE Inc. reserves the right to request payment from the client before beginning the calculation process.
- MECONE Inc. reserves the right to request full payment before providing final (signed) documents.
